NBPNP Full Application

After receiving an ITA on 26 September 2015, we were given 60 days from said date to send a full application to NBPNP. We have until 25 November 2015 within which to do so.

Most applicants will either have a hard time completing (a) proof of fund or settlement fund, or (b) a detailed reference letter or a certificate of employment. Other requirements is easy to produce for as long as you complete them ahead of time. Do not make documentation only when the need arises. It is like going to a war, applicants must be ready with his or her full documents so that when an invitation comes or a new program opens, then you will not have a hard time submitting a full application.

In the case of NBPNP, it is stated in their ITA email that I should include a copy of it and a copy of the EOI that I submitted. Thus, first things first, I printed the ITA email and my EOI email to NBPNP dated 3 September 2015 including the required latest CV and my registration to the Information Session of 17 July 2015. I stapled the 2-page ITA email and EOI email with its attachments and clipped them together using a paper clip.

After which, I went to NB website for the forms and guidelines as stated in the ITA email, to wit:

If you have any questions, please visit our website:  www.welcomenb.ca.  Our Guide for Express Entry Applicants explains the process.  Please access the forms needed by clicking on: Skilled Workers Applicants Express Entry Category: Labour Market Stream.
I admit I did have a hard time filling up the forms as it is so tricky, LOL. Anyway, after downloading all the forms, use the Document Checklist as your guide so as not to be lost like me, LOL. Read properly and follow instructions. Also, forum friends are very helpful in the application so do not hesitate to ask questions.

Below are the checklist of documents required by NBPNP. Almost all documents required by NBPNP are original copies, so be prepared to have multiple copies of your documents.

First, NBPNP-001: Declaration of Commitment, and, second, NBPNP-002: Consent Form for Skilled Worker Applicants Forms. So, as per those who submitted their full applications before us, we were told to print 2 sets of these forms. Each forms must be completed, dated and signed by the principal applicant (PA) and his or her spouse and have the same signed by a witness. In our case, I asked my office mate to stand as our witness. All original signed copies.

Third, NBPNP-DCEELMS: Express Entry Labour Market Stream Information Form. This is to be filled up and signed by the PA only. In this form, applicants must provide their Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code. Also, the details of the PA and his or her spouse, i.e. education, addresses, work experience, language, etc. I hate the date parts here, so tricky, LOL. Original signed copy.

Note that I clipped together the first three forms.

Fourth, NBPNP-004: Skilled Worker-Employer Support Form. This is not applicable to us so I just marked the provided box with an "X" and put on an N/A on it so NB will know that I am not attaching Form NBPNP-004.

Fifth, NBPNP-007: Personal Net Worth Statement. My husband and I has no 6 months or older bank accounts, in fact we tend to open and close our bank accounts, because of infertility medications and procedures to which we already explained in our Letter of Explanation (LOE). What we have is a house and lot where we offered for sale and was sold before we got an ITA from NBPNP. The proceeds of which now form part of our settlement fund which is acceptable to NB and CIC as discussed during the information session. With the sale of our property, we now have more than the required settlement fund for a family of two. See below our entries of our Settlement Fund. Form NBPNP-007 must be completed, dated and signed by both PA and the spouse and we attached original copies of bank certificates and statements in our 2 bank accounts commencing from date of opening. A 5-month and 4-month old bank accounts. Also, we attached original signed copies of our respective HDMF Provident Funds which is withdrawable according to seniors in P2C. This also forms part of our settlement fund. I indicated my credit card as part of our liability. As to the LOE, I just attached photocopies of our property's title, tax declaration, deed of sale, memorandum of agreement, bank certificates, bank statements and HDMF provident fund to show how we arrived at the total of our personal net worth. I have used www.bankofcanada.com for the currency converter from Philippine Peso to Canadian Dollar and vice versa. I clipped together our LOE with its attachments and the NBPNP-007 form and its original attachments.

Sixth, NBPNP-011: Fee Payment Form--Skilled Workers. To be filled up and signed by PA only. Processing fee of NBPNP is at CAD$250.00 and payable to the Minister of Finance. For reference, below is a demand draft which I requested from our bank. I attached this demand draft to NBPNP-011 Form.

Seventh, IMM 5476: CIC Use of Representative Form. This is not applicable to us so again I marked the provided box with an "X" and put on an N/A on it.

Eighth, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) Report for Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates earned outside Canada. Applicants are required to send an original copy of their ECA through the CIC designated agent who evaluated their foreign school credentials. Thus, I logged in to my WES account and requested for a duplicate copy of my ECA to be delivered to NBPNP. I paid CAD$75.71 through credit card. The amount is inclusive of a pdf copy to be sent to CIC. I printed my order form made on 8 October 2015 and waited for a week for my request to be completed. I then printed the completed report, a pdf copy, which is found on my WES account. I stapled together the copies of the order form, completed duplicate ECA report, diploma and TOR. As per WES, my ECA report was received by NBPNP on 16 October 2015. Below is my ECA copy for this particular request from WES. You can see that it specifically states that it is a "Duplicate Evaluation Report". The same ECA Number like my original ECA except for the date and the annotation below the report.

Ninth, Canadian Educational Credentials for Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates. This is not applicable to me so I just put an N/A in the provided box.

Tenth, Work Experience for PA only. I have two employment for the past 10 years so I provided original signed copies of my reference letter for my present employer and certificate of employment with my past employer. I also attached photocopies of my 3 month payslips for each employment. Below is a sample of my reference letter from my present employer:

Eleventh, Arranged Employment. This is not applicable to me so again I put an N/A in the provided box.

Twelfth, Proof of Language Proficiency. I took the advise of my forum friends and attached in our full application my original IELTS report. This is because applicants will only be uploading his or her IELTS during CIC process. Thus, we saved money for another original copy with IDP Makati.

Note that I clipped together Nos. 6, 8, 10 and 12.

Thirteenth, Travel Documents and Passports. I scanned all the pages of our passports. Put 2 scanned copies in a bond paper to save paper and printed them. All colored copies. Thank you boss for the colored inks, LOL. Just to be sure, I made an LOE here because of the slips we pasted in our passports during our travel in Hong Kong and Macau. Unfortunately, said countries no longer stamps passport and they just give us paper slips. I clipped together (a) an original signed LOE with copies of our itinerary ticket and some pictures, and (b) colored copies of our passports.

Fourteenth, Identity and Civil Status Documents. I scanned and printed a colored copies of our birth certificates and marriage certificate for this part. I included in my birth certificate a petition for correction of my name to explain the annotation in it. I clipped together these documents.

Fifteenth, Children's Information. This is not applicable to us so I put an N/A in the provided box.

Sixteenth, Photo Requirements. I printed our respective name, date of birth and date when it was taken at the back of the photo and stapled them in a bond paper. Just go to a photo studio and tell them that your photo is for Canada Visa purposes then they will know what to do. As per instruction of NB, I stapled our photo at the back of NBPNP-DCEELMS.

Seventeenth, Proof of Close Relationship in New Brunswick. This is not applicable to us so again I just put an N/A in the provided box.

P.S., do not forget to put N/A in your forms as it specifically states by NBPNP to "do not leave any sections blank. If you leave any sections blank, your application will be returned to you and processing will be delayed. If any sections do not apply to you, answer n/a (not applicable)." Thus, just to be safe, I put every blank sections with an N/A as in everything.

There you go. We are done with our full application. Note that only those documents marked with a check mark were included in our full application. Those with N/A were disregarded. The address where you will send the full application is indicated in the document checklist. Below is our full application which we sent via DHL last 20 October 2015 or 24 days after NBPNP ITA.

The waiting game continuous and a little sprinkle of anxiety, LOL, plus lots of lots of prayer from our Father God. He will provide because He knows the desire of our hearts.

Hi JustPJ,

I stumbled upon your blog as i scrambled to comply the requirements. Like you, I also received an ITA on September 26, 2015 and it was only until now that I am really pressured to have the documents sent ASAP. It wasn't that I was procrastinating, but circumstances (including financial) involving hospitalization of my sister has prevented me to prepping up the documents sooner. I find your blog about your NBPNP application very helpful as I had several questions in mind that have been answered by reading it. However, I still have a few others that hopefully you could answer for me and this one is with regards to completing the forms.

Some of my info won't fit in the box that they provide (e.g. University). How did you go about filling up those?

Also, I am definitely adding your blog to my favorites so I can check on your post from time to time. So I hope you can post updates regarding your NBPNP.

Again, thank you. And hopefully we (my wife and myself) get a chance to meet with you and your wife in New Brunswick!

Until then, good luck on your application for NBPNP and wish me luck as well.

Regards,

Oliver

Hi Oliver, thanks for reading my blog. First of all I'm a female. :)

NBPNP uses acrobat dc reader. You can click on comment, from there you can edit the font size so it would fit on the form.

Are you Filipino? And did you get ITA on NBPNP? If yes, you can join us in our whatapp group for Pinoy NBPNP EELMS. I just do not know how you can send me your number so we can add you to the group. It would be easier for us to answer all your queries.

Thanks again and all the best on your application.

Hi JustPJ,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Apologies for my mistake. Let me correct it: Hopefully my wife and I get a chance to meet you and your husband in New Brunswick soon!

Alas, it worked! Thank you, I feel like I'm half done already. Acrobat Reader DC is kinda new to me. I was used to having just the AR without the DC. :)

Yes, I am Filipino and like you I also got ITA for NBPNP last September 26. I'd love to join the group. I don't know either how I can send my number. I'll find my way around it. And I'll be sure to look for you and the rest of the members of the group there.

Thanks and continue posting. :)

Hello po Just PJ,

JustPJ said...

Hi Louie. I honestly do not know kasi 1 of the basic requirement for EE is to have an account for POF and/or SF. It should be a year nga e pero in our case we sold a property so NB accepted our 4 and 5 months old bank account. Sorry I cannot help. Siguro try to ask help from your parents or relatives for your bank account. All the best.

Kabayan!

I attended an information session at AIM Makati this morning. I just like to ask if do I need to wait for an email from NB confirming my attendance to the said session? Upon submission of the EOI, what will be the documentary proof for the said session?

JustPJ said...

Hi Darick. No need to wait for confirmation. If I remember it correctly, the reply email will say that they will contact you if they find you eligible to their PNP. Wait for almost a month. Good luck.

Hi JustPJ,

Thanks for sharing the detail step by step process. I am yet to receive my ITA , however I want to keep myself ready for it when it comes. I have gone through the document checklist and I can arrange all the documents except the work experience reference letters from my previous employers.
I have 9 years of IT experience and I worked with 4 employers, I just have an offer letter, exp & relieving letter and pay stubs. However it wont be possible for me to get the reference letter on company letter head. Is there any alternate solution for this , can we provide statutory declaration ?

Please advise !!

Thanks in advance !!

Hello JustPJ!

I am from Mexico, and got the ITA about a month ago. So I am getting everything ready to send my full application.

Can I join the Whatsaap group?

Thanks

Unknown said...

Hello again,

I have another question if you don't mind!

I have a job offer in NB, so I need to let my employer know the approximate time that the process take.

In you guys experience, after sending the EELMS full application.
About how long does the process takes so I can start working?

Let me know how can I contact you to send you my phone number.

Thanks and have a good day.

JustPJ said...

Hi Rodo. I would love to get your number and add you in our whatsapp group but unfortunately I cannot because we are using Filipino language in the chat. I think there is a whatsapp group for all. Try to send your number in this forum thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nbpnp-new-brunswick-skilled-workers-express-entry-category-network-here-t295243.0.html;msg5106916#msg5106916 or shoot a question here and I will try my very best to answer.

I received nomination within 6 weeks after sending my full application. No additional documents required from me. Others timeline were 7-8 weeks or more with additional documents. What I understand with job offer is that your employer must provide a valid LMIA (google this). All the best on your application. :)

JustPJ said...

Hi unknown (comment before Rodo C), please see my personal message in canada visa. I replied you there. All the best too in your application. :)

Unknown said...

Hello Just PJ,

Ok thanks i will check if there is another whatsaap in english.

Would you mind if I contact you by whatsaap? I will not be bothering you all the time do not worry. It is just for randon questions and advices once in a while. Is that ok? I can leave you my number.

And I have a question if you don't mind:
It says that if there is something that needs to be written in the forms, and it's too long for the space given. You need to write it in a separated paper and attach it to the form.
But most of the answers are longer than the space given!!! So how did you managed that? If I do that it means that I need to make a whole new form because there are too much.

So I think there has to be a better way

How did you managed that ?

Thanks in advance for the answers!!

Have a good day

JustPJ said...

Hi Rodo, better create a profile in Canada Visa forum and look for me there (PJ1220 is my username). Use the latest acrobat reader then click on comment (right side). From there you can type the word(s) then you can make it smaller so it would fit on the space. Good luck.

Unknown said...

Hello Pj, I went to the forum. I actually have a profile. "Resorte" but cant find you or the comment bottom.

Maybe you can send me a message !!

Cheers!

Unknown said...

Hello Pj!

Is me again with another question please!

I am about to send the full application. So,

Whats next for the Permanent Residence?

I haven't found a precise explanation online. Basically I ask you this because after I have an answer from PNP (Hope a positive one).
I will apply for the work permit besides to be able to start working since I already have a job offer, and since I will not be in Mexico anymore, i want to make sure that I have all I need ready to apply for the residence!

Basically to start taking care of that since I am still here.

Or there is a reason why I need to stay here in Mexico to apply for the PR?

So yeah. In your experience whats your opinion of what can be done now and thanks for sharing the information!!

Have a good day!

JustPJ said...

Hi Rodo. Sent you PM. After you send a full app with NBPNP, it will take 6 weeks for no adtl documents to be approved and given nomination. 7-8 weeks or more if with adtl ddocuments. Once a nomination is given to you, you need to accept this in your CIC EE profile so that the 600 pts will be added in your CRS then wait for an ITA from CIC for PR app. PR will take 2-6 months to be approved. Ours is at 2 mos and 2 weeks depending on your PR app. Once CIC request for passport and return it with visa, then and there can you book your ticket and fly to Canada. :)

Unknown said...

Hello Pj,

Thanks for the information!

OK, I asked you more because I heard that after sending the full application to NB, if you have a positive answer, they can send you a letter of support which basically means that you don't need to apply for an LMIA in order to get a work permit.

So with this info I assume that I can start working in Canada while the PR comes.

So basically, by the things that you have to do after sending the full application in order to have the PR, how do you see this option?

(I got your PM in canadavisa, but it says that I am not allow to send personal messages, its ok than)

Thanks PJ!

JustPJ said...

Hi Rodo, I do not know with regards to letter of support of LMIA because I am under the NBPNP EELMS program. All I know is the valid LMIA from employer to have an approved PR. Good luck.

Unknown said...

Ok Thanks PJ!!

I am about to finish my full application and will submitted next friday.

Good Luck too!

Cheers!

Hi JustPJ, How can get thru with the POF..my wife got an ITA this morning.. and we are given 45 days to submit all required docs...the situation is we only around 200K but i can get an early retirement that is valued around 400K..what will be the option? sayang naman if we will let this go... thanks

JustPJ said...

Hi unknown. POF is very important not only with NBPNP but also to EE applications so better have the funds required for the number of family you have. Good luck and all the best on your application.

Unknown said...

Hi JustPJ.

Thank you for this post. This has been very helpful for me in preparing my full app for NBPNP. ITA was given to me last June 11, 2016. I am just curious of your timeline since this was completed last oct 2015. Have you gotten your Nomination from NB yet? I mean how many months from submitting your full paper based application have you received your Nomination in your EE profile? Thank you again :)

-Rommel

Unknown said...

Hi,

Hope you are doing fine.

I have a query. I received a nomination from NBPNP on 11th June 2016 and I accepted it on the same day. Since then my CIC profile status is changed to "Profile Ineligible" and I haven't been awarded additional 600 points.

Did you face the similar situation?

Awaiting your reply.

Thanks.

JustPJ said...

Hi Rommel, I received my nomination with NB after 6 weeks, no additional document then through EE after 2-3 days. I did not received any email from CIC and constantly checked on my EE, that's where I known of my nomination. Good luck.

Hi Shival, sorry for that. Is your EE okay now. If not then better make a new one then call or email NB to transfer your nominationto your new EE. That can be done. Good luck and update me how things go with your nomination and EE.😊

Hi JustPJ,
I have read your post more than once and it is super helpful. Now I have a question regarding photo requirement and dependent family members. In the check list they said that you have to staple photos in NPPNP 003 form. So I have downloaded the form and it is different than EELMS form. So I have added all my filmily members name in the form such as my parent, my younger sister and my wife. But only my wife will be included in the application. So my question is it ok ? I mean am I in the right track? Do I have to attach all the family members’ photo with this form?

Thanks !

JustPJ said...

Hi Leon. I don't think you need to include your parent and younger sister. The photos are intended to you, as the PA, and your dependent(s). That is your wife and if you have a child/ren. And I know there is no form for that. Ours, I stapled only on a clean bondpaper and attached it form 003 I think. Check on your checklist so that you will not be confused. All the best on your application. :)

LEON said...

Thanks a lot. I was confused to see this form https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/e/1000/CSS-FOL-NBPNP-003E.pdf . but i think its not he correct form.

Hellow JustPJ

I need to know another thing regarding Personal Net Worth. Me and my wife both have a joint account but we didn’t put enough money there in the past we didn’t knew that we are going to apply NBPNP. But now we have deposited the settlement fund in the account in last week. So is that be ok if we show this fund? I wish to provide both me and my wife’s salary statement of last two years as proof of fund. Is it ok?
My wife and me both worked in Multinational Software company, so think our salary statement might work as proof of fund. What’s your advice regarding this?
Thanks !

JustPJ said...

Hi Leon, for as long as you can prove that the money deposited on your account is yours, regardless if it is a fresh deposit, then you are okay. During our time, we also deposited a big amount a week before we send our full application. Just provide a letter of explanation on it and attach proofs. All the best.

Hi Ms. JustPJ, I love reading your blogs, inspiring and very informative. We are now on the same boat as you are last year. Fortunately my husband got ITA on the first info session held here in Qatar last week. And we are on the verge of preparing the full applicaton within 45 days. I saw on your post that you provided the credit card as part of your liability, may I inquire what type of proof you provided on this. Is statement of account enough in NBPNP and CIC stage? or bank certificate is required for liability?

JustPJ said...

Hi Nanette. I honestly forgot to attach my statement during NBPNP but luckily I did not receive any request for additional document. Just attach one. It is better to over comply and explain everything than receive additional document because it will entail more cost and consumes more time. All the best on your application.

Elena said...

Hi!
This might be a dumb question, but I am having troubles filling the forms.
Do you need to use capital letters only?
What do you do if there is not enough space?
Can you fill in the forms by hand?

Thanks!

Unknown said...

Hi Ms. PJ
Can you add me in your whatsapp group? My number is +639325734696

JustPJ said...

Hi Elena. I did not use capital letters and if there is no enough space, go to comment. From there you can edit the font size of the words then drag it in the appropriate box. I prefer typing it from the computer than handwriting. It is cleaner for me to see and the reviewing officer to read. All the best on your application.

Hi iori, added you to the whatsapp group. I wish you too the best on your application.

Elena said...

Thank you for your reply!
Ok, I will use lower case letters too. By doing so I do not have space problems.
I am very excited about this opportunity and almost ready to submit my documents.
I appreciate your help!

I have received an ITA yesterday at the Dubai Information Session and have to send my NBPNP application with in 45 days. According to the checklist , it is required to send original Work experience letters (reference , experience and contracts etc.) .
I would like to ask if its OK to send a notarized true copies of the work documents ?. I have only 1 original copy issued by my previous employers , since i worked in different countries therefore , later it will be almost impossible for me to get a duplicate copy from them in case i need to submit them to the CIC or elsewhere.

Otherwise , will it be possible if NB authorities return my original documents after issuing the nomination? I will have no issues to bear the courier charges to return my original work documents.

It's very difficult to get duplicate documents for Employers in Saudi Arabi , UAE after you have left the organisation.

Hello JustPJ

I have sent my final application after getting the ITA from Philippines information session (7th June). They have received my final application 7th of July and I got confirmation email at 8th of July. Now my question is according to the NBPNP website they mentioned that:

“The federal government provides a fixed number of Express Entry nominations each year to provinces and territories. New Brunswick has 425 Express Entry nominations in 2015.”
I am assuming that they will also issue 425 nominations this year (2016) as well. On that case I am trying to guess my chance of entering inside that lucky “425” people.

My question is is there any way that I know that my application will be in those 425? Another thing is how long it take that you get nomination after you send your final application? Shall I start taking preparation for federal stage and start preparing documents in advance? Or should I wait till getting nomination? What’s your advice ?

I will be very grateful if you give me advice please 
Thanks!

JustPJ said...

No problem Elena.

Hi Mr. Khuram. I honestly do not know how strict NB staffs are with regards to reference letter but if I were you I will definitely attach a letter explaining that you only have 1 reference letter. Tell them your issues. With CIC stage, it is purely uploading so no need for original documents. The problem comes when you need them in the future and you no longer have an original copy. Your call. I wish you the best on your application.

Hi Leon. I guess you just need to review your documents properly. See to it that you did not miss anything then maybe you'll be part of the 425. During our time and in my own experience, it took us 6 weeks to be nominated. No additional document but I guess now it will be longer because of the overwhelming number of applicants. Just scan all the documents you are submitting to NB because CIC stage is purely uploading only. Good luck on your application.

Hello Just PJ

Hi PJ,

I’m hoping you can help my wife and me with some questions that we have for the NBPNP. We are Indian nationals currently living in Singapore. We received the New Brunswick ITA earlier this month (after attending one of their info sessions) and are busy completing and collating documents.
However, we have the following queries:

1: Bank Statements: I have received a Certificate from my Bank stating our deposits. I tool printouts of our bank e-statements for the last six months and these documents were stamped as ‘Certified True copy’ with the bank. My question is, do we need to get original bank statements or would a certified true copy from the bank suffice? The bank charges SGD 20 per statement. So, although we don’t mind paying, it would be good to know if we can avoid additional expenses 

2: Sr No. 6: Previous Immigration Applications (stated in NBPNP-003-EELMS Main Application form)

My assumption is that I have to mention all countries that I have requested a visit visa for (excluding visa on arrival) as well as places where I have lived and worked (In my case, Dubai and Singapore). There is a column called ‘Reason Stated’. Can I know what information needs to be put in there? For instance, if I applied for a visit visa to Australia, should I mention the reason as ‘Holiday’? Another example is that my Singapore permanent application was rejected in the past. However, the Singapore immigration department does not specify a reason for rejection. In this case, I would fill the form with ‘reason not provided by Singapore’

Can you let me know if I’m on the right track with my approach to filling this section?

Many thanks in advance. And a big thank you for your blog as it has been very helpful for the two of us!

Tarun

Dear JustPJ: You have a lovely blog, thanks, it is incredible. I have a question, please give me a hand with this. I need to know if it is possible to arrange an information session in Canada, or to arrange an exploratory visit in NB, under NBPNP skilled worker program. Lots of people tell me that it is possible to arrange an exploratory visit to NB.

Second Question: Does an exploratory visit replace the information session as requirement?

Looking forward to your reply,

Hi Leon, in our batch, most of them get their PPR in 3-5 months after AOR. In my case is different, I received PPR in 2 1/2 months. I just don't know why. God's call. :)

Hi Tarun. First of all, congratulations on your NBPNP ITA. (1) I believe an original certified true copy of your 6 months bank statement will suffice. Just attach an LOE explaining that it will entail you additional costs just by getting the statement. (2) I cannot really relate to this coz I only live and work in my country but I remember explaining about our stamps in our passports for our visit in HK and Macau. My suggestion is to just is to give all the details stamped on your passport whether it be a tourist or working visa. My goal during our application stages is "it is better to over comply than feel sorry at the end." So, if in doubt, just attach a LOE to the document. That's what I did especially in CIC stage. All the best on your application.

Hi Unknown. Thank you for the kind words. I honestly do not know about exploratory visit here in NB coz we came here via NBPNP EELMS stream. Good luck.

Hi JustPJ,

I stumbled upon your blog recently and thank you so much for providing such very helpful information to fellow Filipinos.

Appreciate if you can please clarify this:
- For the Declaration of Commitment form, did you mean to do 2 forms, 1 for me as PA and 1 for my husband? Or each form to be signed by me and my husband?

Thank you so much!

Ann

Hi PJ,
I've a question I'm filling the application now as we have just received our ITA but I'm confused in the English proficiency section in the application form do you write down the points as you got them in IELTS or do you just write the points you get after converting them to CLB??? I'd appreciate your help as I'm really confused :(

Hi PJ,
Amardeep this side, I am also applying under NBPNP, I have compiled almost all the required documents.
As everyone, now we have some concerns on the Proof of Funds..... My question to you is : considering your case of selling of the property and deposited the received amount into the bank and showed Statement of account with eligible account balance.
Did you also attached any supporting regarding the sale of your house apart from LOE.... actually, my case is also similar, I have sold one property and got the refund which I deposited into my savings account. Hope to receive your reply soon regarding the supportings. Thanks....Amardeep

Hi PJ,
I am currently preparing my documents for the full application of the NBPNP, di ba original copies daw ng employment certificates ang kailangang I submit, ang question ko, nung pinag submit ka ng CIC para sa ITA ng PR after mong ma nominate ng NBPNP, required ba uling mag submit ng original Employment Cert, WES at IELTS? sana po makareply kayo, para mapaghandaan ko rin, sakaling mainvite din kami sa ITA, one copy lang kasi yung mga documents naming.Thank you po sa blog niyo, nakakatulong at very inspiring

JustPJ said...

Oh, so many inquiries here, LOL. I bet there really is so many applications this year. :)

Hi Tarun, not a problem. My pleasure.

Hi iori, added your friend to whatsapp.

Hi Roda, print and sign 2 forms for the Declaration Form. 1 for you and to your spouse. Good luck.

Hi Unknown. Honestly on my part I put on my IELTS score, not even the CIC CLB points but I have not received any additional document to correct the same so I guess either way will do since we are sending NB our original IELTS. But to avoid additional docs maybe you can just put this: CLB level (NBPNP level). Good luck.

Hi Amardeep. Yes, I attached as Annexes an original copies of the ff: Deed of Sale, Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration to our LOE to prove ownership and the sale transaction. Good luck.

Hi calai, you only need original copies of all your documents with NBPNP. Do not forget to scan them all also because in CIC stage, it will only be uploading in all documents. Good luck.

I wish you all the best on your applications. :)

Hi JustPJ,

Thank you very much for the amazing blog and interesting way of telling your journey to NB.

I have 2 questions regarding the photography requirements in the NB checklist.

1. Can I write the my name, date of birth and the date the photo was taken by pen because I have bee trying to find a photography studio that would print the above details but unfortunately, I couldn't find any here in Egypt. Is it possible to write it by pen?

2. If you go to
https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/e/1000/CSS-FOL-NBPNP-020E.pdf
and check number 16 "Photo Requirements", you will find it saying that I should "Staple photos to a blank sheet of paper and staple it to NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information Form."

My question is about the form "NBPNP-003 Skilled Worker Information Form." This form is not listed under "Skilled Workers Applicants Express Entry Category: Labour Market Stream" and it looks like it's not applicable for "Express entry skilled workers". I am really confused about this point too. May you please help me with this?

Thanks in advance. I would appreciate your prompt response.

JustPJ said...

Hi Unknown. My answers: (1) I handwritten the details in our pictures; (2) I did the same way too during our time and attached our photos with NBPNP 003 Form (https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/e/1000/CSS-FOL-NBPNP-021E.pdf). Good luck.

Hi JustPJ,
I got ITA to submit to NBPNP. I was trying to fill NBPNP Entry Labour Market Stream Information Form. However, I have a small question. In section 5: Language, the first column says "CLB Level 1st Official Language". What should be filled there? The rest of the columns are pretty clear like "Testing Agency" which is IELTS (British Council), Date, Listening, Reading , Writing and Speaking points.
Also, should I provide the points after CLB conversion or should I give the original bands from IELTS. Kindly reply please. I am following your blog inch by inch without which it is really hard to complete the full application.
Thanks in advance,
SV

Hi SV,
you can use an online clb calculator or you can just type NA it won't make a huge difference as you're attaching your original IELTS TRF

Hi JustPJ,

I am Katherine from Cebu City. I attended one of New Brunswick information here in Cebu last June 7, 2016. After the session those participants who have at least ECA and IELTS results were asked to stay as the Immigration Officers who conducted the session did some preliminary screening and interviews and I was one of those. When I had my turned the officer said that I will go to NB website and print the full package of application for me to send via post. But due to some personal circumstances I was not able to accomplish the requirements as of this time. Now I am ready to submit it, should I still be considered? or should I send an email asking for their re-consideration of my application? Appreciate your thoughts and comments on this. Thank you very much

Hello everyone,

its very useful forum and i really appreciate the administration for providing all the answers.

i got question ; My NB PNP number was issued on 17th 2016 August and when should i expect the response and how much time require to complete the process ?

Thanks
abdul

JustPJ said...

Hi Katherine. If I remember it correctly, we have 45 days to submit our full application after receiving a NBPNP ITA. I hope you are still in the time frame, if not, I honestly do not know how to go through it. Maybe you can email or call them to inquire. Good luck.

Hi Unknown. First of all, this is a personal blog and not a forum but thanks for reading. Anyway, don't worry much about your AOR, you will receive it anytime. The volume of applicants slows down the process so you really have to be patient in waiting. The waiting game is really the most difficult part. Good luck.

Hi PJ, question? In filling the forms, did you handwritten everything or thru editing on the PDF forms? For signature, is it allowed to sign electronically or with the use of ballpen? Thanks

Hi cc-a, used adobe in filling out the forms and signed it personally, me, my husband and our witness. Good luck.

Hi Sys Visas, thank you for the kind words.

Hi Liz. Are you also through express entry-federal skilled worker stream? If you have a job offer, what I know is you have to have a valid LMIA. If you can have this then a 600 additional points will be added on your EE. I know only EE-FSW and PNP but not with LMIA. We have a whatsapp group but this only pertains to NBPNPEELMS. Are you one of this? If yes, I can add you. Let me know. Good luck.

Hi. Based po dun sa batch nyo, sabay sabay po ba kayo naka received ng ITA? Nag released na po kasi I NB ng ITA kanina pero wala ni isa sa 3012 ang nakatanggap. May pag asa pa kaya kami? Nasa list nman yung NOC namin.

JustPJ said...

Hi Wag Ner. Nope. Not at the same time but pray and your ITA will come. Maybe overwhelmed lang sila sa applications. All the best.

Anonymous said...

Hi PJ. It's been a week since NB released ITA and it was really a tough week for those who did not yet received an invite especially NOC-3012. I'd like to know if you knew some nurses from batch 2015 who received an ITA? What is the usual time frame of giving invitations if there is any?Are they sending invites on a monthly or weekly basis? I'm really bothered why 3012 were haven't been invited yet. It's kinda frustrating to healthcare applicants because prior to the EOI submission, we have attended several job interviews conducted by NB employers since 2016 in the Philippines and until now we were not updated regarding the status of our application. However, the recent opening was somehow a cause of relief since our NOC was included in the priority list. I'm still very much optimistic, we can receive an ITA but I really don't have any single idea when or if there is another batch of ITA coming.

Unknown said...

Hi PJ,
I found your blog really helpful & informative. Would you please help me with EOI form (CSS-FOL-NBPNP-019E) First Language point calculation: My IELTS score below:
Reading-6.5, Writing-6.5, Speaking-7, Listening-7.
So my point is (6+4+5+5=20) or (4+4+4+4=16)?

Thanks,
Shakil

This is for NBPNP family support application

The check list is referring to the below two forms which I can't find on the website anymore

- NBPNP-001 Declaration of Commitment Form
- NBPNP-002 Consent Form for Skilled Worker Applicants

do you think that these two forms have been replaced by the below new form
- NB-005 Consent and Commitment
